President Trump called the hosts of “Fox and Friends” on Thursday morning. Before he lit into a nearly unbroken 30-minute monologue, they asked him what he’d gotten for his wife, Melania, who was celebrating her birthday. He admitted that he hadn’t bought her a present, but got her “a beautiful card.”
