BCCI opposed to seeking ICC approval for domestic events

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has disputed International Cricket Council's (ICC) attempt to sanction domestic leagues and put a cap on number of T20 leagues players can feature in. BCCI has reverted to the world body with it's objections and observations.
